Information We Collect

We collect information including name, address, phone number, and/or email
address when you:

- Sign up for an account or service

- Inquire about our services

- Request information via email, phone, or SMS

- Participate in a marketing survey, promotion or event

We always want to provide you with the best
possible service and experience. In order to do this, we collect
information that allows us to:

- Process and manage your inquiries

- Provide the services you request

- Identify your product and service preferences

- Contact you about the status of a purchase or sale

- Customize our communications to you

- Provide information you have requested

- Improve our customer service

Your Information and Your Privacy Rights

We do not provide, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your
personally identifiable information, including mobile data, phone
number, or email address without your express permission or when required to follow through on your purchase or sale.

On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose specific information in response to a court order or when otherwise required by law to do so.

We do not provide your information to any third parties, agencies, or companies for marketing,
promotional, or commercial purposes.

How We Use Email

When you provide us your email address, we may send you emails necessary to provide relevant information, manage your purchase or sale, or respond directly to an inquiry or request.

It is our intent to send you
promotional email communications only if you have agreed to receive
them. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in each and every
email we send.

How We Use SMS & Phone Communications

When you opt-in to receive SMS or voice messages, we will provide you the
communications to which you have agreed. For example, if you request
information, notifications, or an appointment via text, you will receive
the response or appointment confirmation in the same manner -
specifically, by text/SMS.

Opt-In and Opt-Out of SMS

You may opt-in to SMS messaging by providing your name and phone number and
checking the box (or leaving an already checked box checked) on our web
form or chat interface indicating that you wish to receive
communications via text/SMS.

You may opt-out of text/SMS messages at any time by replying with the word “STOP” in response to any
text we send. Each text contains this instruction for opting out. When
you opt out, we will no longer send you text messages. You are free to
opt-in again at any time.

Updating or Reviewing Your Information

To update your customer information (name, address, telephone number and
email address), please contact us directly. To protect your privacy, we
will need to validate your identity before we update or review your
information.

Security

It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any
information that we have collected from you. We use a variety of current
technologies and processes for protection of customer data.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone
under 13 years of age.

Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Joe Salty Real Estate Terms & Conditions for Mobile (Voice & SMS) Communications

1. You will receive mobile communications in response to specific requests for
them, or as a direct response to contacting us via your mobile device.
For example, if you ask for text notifications, they will be sent to
you. If you request information through SMS chat, you will receive
responses via SMS as well. If you request a call, we will call you at
the number you provide. If you initiate a text communication with us, we
will respond via text unless you request otherwise.

In short, you must opt-in prior to receiving SMS communications from Joe Salty Real Estate, unless it is a direct response to you contacting us via your mobile device. You may opt-in to SMS via the chat interface on our website.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Just text "STOP" in reply to any text/SMS message received and you will
not receive further SMS messages from us. If you decide later that you
would like to resume using SMS messaging with us, you will need to
opt-in again just as you did the first time or text us the word "START".

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the
keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by
emailing us at: [email protected]

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always,
message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us
and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or
data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. If you receive a message for which you did not intend to opt-in, please
opt-out by replying “STOP” or contact us and let us know you’re having
an issue. It is our intent to never send you mobile messages or other
communications that you do not wish to receive.
